First off, congratulations on making it into our store regional! As a reminder, this event will be held on Sunday, October 4th at 12PM with check in beginning at 11:00AM.
A few housekeeping notices:

Tickets for this event are availble to purchase on our website at psychoturtlegames.com under the “Events” tab. ONLY PURCHASE THE TICKET IF YOUR BANDAI APPLICATION READS ‘SUCCESSFUL’. Do not forget to add your Bandai TCG+ name in the Additional Notes section before completing the transaction. Your purchase will be refunded if you do not add in your Bandai TCG+ Name. *You may also purchase your ticket in person.*You have until 11:55PM OCTOBER 4th to purchase your ticket or your spot will be forfeit.

Deck Lists will be due on Saturday, October 3rd by 8:00PM. Any deck lists not submitted by then will be subject to being dropped from the event and their ticket refunded.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT: Check in will begin at 11:00AM until 12:00PM. If you have not checked in or purchased your ticket by that time, your spot will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist and your payment will be refunded.

Waitlist Applicants:
Your Bandai TCG+ will read ‘Waitlisted’ followed by your place on the Waitlist. On October 3rd, we will have a waitlist specifically for those who are on the Waitlist as indicated by their Application status. That waitlist, if spots open up, will go in order of the Waitlist from Bandai.
If the spot opens up, your name will be called TWICE. If there is no response on the second call, your waitlist spot will be forfeit and we will move on to the next spot on the waitlist.
Make sure that you have your deck built in TCG+ to make registering your deck easier should you make it off the waitlist.
APPLIED, but no waitlist listing:
You are welcome to sign up on a separate waitlist day of the event. Once all the applicants on the official Bandai Waitlist are gone through who have appeared, then we will pull from the successfull applicants.

A third waitlist will be made for you and will be pulled from after both Bandai Waitlist and Successful applicants have been called.
